Announce caller name in iPhone without jailbreak

Go to Settings.

Click Phone from the settings section.

Now click Announce Calls which is under CALLS category.

Based on your choice select Always, Headphones & Car, Headphones only or Never.

That’s all. No Jailbreak needed.
